Audubon Woods is an upscale condominium project of 80 units constructed in two 40-unit buildings joined by an elegant reception and entertainment facility. It is located in the Audubon Park neighborhood on approximately eight wooded, rolling acres at the eastern edge of the Audubon Country Club, with the first units being complete and ready for occupancy in the spring of 2006.

Each building will be five stories tall, not including the two story-parking garages built partially into the hillside. The two buildings will sit in a winged configuration bordering the 4th and 8th holes of the 18-hole championship golf course.

Residents have the option of revising floor plans to meet specific needs. Each unit has access to three different elevator banks per building. Reserved parking spaces in the underground garage will be assigned in close proximity to the elevator closest to each resident's location. The parking garage will have a minimum of 180 parking spaces. One underground parking space is included with the purchase of a unit and additional parking spaces may be purchased. The parking garage doors are secure with keypad entry only. Additional unreserved outside ground -level parking spaces are available at no additional charge.

Street-level entrances into the building will be by keypad. Each building will have a common-area entrance which will provide family, friends and other guests with close, secure access to the unit they are visiting. The reception and entertainment building will have a separate street-level covered entrance for parties and group functions. The building will include an Executive Business Center, Theater/Banquet room, Card room, Catering kitchen and receptionist/management office.
